    Attended cardiac therapy this AM.
Two ~20 minuite light exercise sessions on a recumbent & arm ergometer machines left me really tired! Probably won't get much of anything else done today as I'm wiped out.

Will be going 3 days/week I sure hope I adapt quickly to the therapy as it's no fun being this tired out!

Verell, stick with it! I'm absolutely convinced it prolonged my father's life and made him feel good about himself in the process. He made good friends at rehab too, all folks in similar cardiac circumstances.

Pretty good, I'm doing well in cardiac therapy, still get tired, but not wiped out.
I'm working about 1/2 time now, luckily business is slow.

Slightly off-topic, but I've spent some of my enforced 'resting' time updating Unobtainium's parts & services catalog.

It's now ILLUSTRATED with pictures as many have long requested!!!

You can download it from Unobtainium's web site.

Glad to see you are back. I think you were working on an engine strut return line and reel. Is that still in the works? I would really like to get one.

    Dear Verell,

    Keep up the recovery path!

    I just noticed this thread.
I would have replied earlier if I had seen it earlier.

I just looked through your catalog --- 36 pages! Years ago
I bought a EZBleed Thermostat Bolt. Your catalog then
must have had about half a page if that much.

    Best Regards,

    Lowell
