SD2 ?

I hope to buy (a cheap) one before you or your friend notice it for sale ....

Well, at stratospheric prices you might easily find one. I have not seen one on offer for significantly less than 10k €.

Occasionally a SD3 with expired (annual) license is offered for less *loool*.

But other (less expensive) solutions exist. A dealer friend has recently bought a tester (I do not recall the make) and we will evaluate it with various cars by occasion.

If your friend has been looking for one for a long time, and even you had a look and didn't find them. could you not draw your own conclusion!
yes they are hard to find.

Your laptop batteries are no good? That's hardly an SD2 problem.

 

that's true. but I'm selling the whole kit.
as my current SD3 is also supporting SD1 and SD2

 

Perhaps just a hint for us others? >10k or <10k?
