Perfect description of why, after lusting for a 355 for years, I eventually decided I wanted a 348 instead. Good to know that there are others who appreciate what makes the 348 unique.

You know even my son's 2014 Mustang has modes driving and when in sport mode the steering feels awkward.....when in comfort feels like a normal car with power steering and in sport you really have to control the steering......hey.....I guess they're trying to duplicate the 348 feel......Carol eat my dust......LOL

I think this current price bump is temporary. Alot of these cars jumped very high in a very short time frame. It is like stock... and we all know how that has been performing as well as oil prices. Double in ten years? I HIGHLY doubt it. Been watching Ferrari prices for 30 years since I was 10 years old. 308s were a $30-40,000 car for 27 of those 30 years. It was the car I wanted the most for a very long time so I actively paid attention to it. Now they are $70, 80 90,000 in just the last 2-3 years. Please. A 308 for more than a 348, 355 or 360? Trust me. It is temporary. 348's are not gonna be $100,000 cars anytime soon. Asking prices are considerably different than what the buyer is actually paying. Take a look at the sold listings on ebay. Not trying to be a Debbie Downer but these cars were selling as low as $35,000 just four years ago when I bought mine.

Fixed your sentence so it's easier to understand what you are saying. I'm not a spelling or punctuation nazi but I had to read it at least three times to figure it out.

That's why I went with $45k without a major. Hell that's a 50% increase over what I paid for mine. Quite a few say $55k but I think reality says you might get $55k with a solid major completed.

Ahhh! I smell spring and the fever of driving something special. I guess I might keep her for another year or two.
