Clyde- Affirmative, Argento and Titanio look really good on Maranellos, but then you would know all about that.

Terry it looks exactly like my car except for the wheels and the colour of the interior (mine is black inside with grey stitching). I wonder what the estimate is?

Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale. Beautiful, sub-2000 mile Superamerica in Grigio Silverstone with Nero Daytonas and rear bulkhead, CF, etc. Very rare, for an SA, FHP, too plus other options. Funny, red calipers are standard with FHp, but if you want yellow, it costs $1000 or so.

    Hi Terry,
Further to my separate thread about yet more SuperAmerica's being available for sale in Canada, I just noticed that one of the Ads has the serial # of the car listed so I thought you'd be interested. Here it is in the photos showing "ZFFGT61A250145730"

Clyde- Now all we need is the Assembly Number and I can add her to the list.

Oh sorry Terry, she's in Montreal and I'm in Toronto, I don't think I can get the assembly #.

The funny thing is Taz, in its simplicity i see beauty.
The clean unadorned silver body. The V12 we know lurks beneath.
Besides it's hardly Spartan in there, leather, A/C, music.
We know Ferraris are luxury products these days but lets remember the man for whom the rest of the car was perhaps just an accessory for the engine?
Its going to be very interesting to see what the market makes of this car.

That looks a lot like mine, except I have the 18" Barchetta rims instead. I love Argento Nurburgring for the 575. 😀

Very pretty 575M belonging to one of our FChatters with one of the earliest sets of 19" modular I have seen. Although theoretically available from start of production, none I have photos of have the modular until around SN 130xxx, except those that were retrofitted. Delay in production, possibly? At any rate, all my early photos show the 18" 575M wheels except a couple with the 18" 550 modulars. In what I think of as one the two made for Maranellos paint colors, Grigio Titanio, the other being Argento Nurburgring/Argento Metallic (same color).

This 575 is unique for sure with that low milage... But I would almost feel sorry for the owner and the car itself. How is it possible to own a car like this without usingit??? It is a big question to me that remain unsolved forever. Would be interesting to get the story why it have almost never been used. Do you know. I like the car even if it does not have the options... For some reason. :)

Thanks, DK really makes some stuff up in those ads. The 575M is no lighter than a 550, the brakes are identical in size to the 550s except for one rear caliper piston size difference, there were actually 3 preproduction cars we know about, 123761, 123764, and 123765, there was a power train warranty book with her at the auction, etc. From the auction listing, which is careful to be very accurate, we also learn that 123761 was fitted with a new engine, number 113319 (typo says 13319, 575M engines had numbers lower than this) and, as already mentioned, a new Assembly Number 59628. That assembly number is way higher than for any other 575M and would have been contemporary with SN 1423xx and the Superamericas. She was fitted with the chrome grille, but not the 575M script on the rear, hinting the chrome grille was likely optionally fitted originally.

Nice car to own, just for the history. Ferrari should have put her in their museum instead of selling her.

right, Bernhard, that law punishes prostitutes and their keepers. I believe the new law makes criminal the customers!
