He will take 180k all day, just not sure about the color. In the event anyone is looking for a 458 silver this is a great buy.

Definitely think 180k is reasonable for that car above. No warranty. Private seller, not certified. His car will probably trade in for 168-170k. Based on my quoted trade in for rosso corsa/tan more miles 2011 more options at 170k avg.

Don't know about the car above but could have been a "daily driver " as well as rental/fleet car. When I was searching people told me to stay away from 458s with over 25k mi because they are like Kryptonite for those reasons. Nonetheless 25k miles is fine for a 458 imo. Especially if you can add a warranty at 5k. I am approaching 10k this week and will keep going.

I looked at that car. It beautiful and loaded up. Loved the interior. I like a lot of alacantera. It has it.
Car is clean. Did have a bubble in the front clear bra. They must have disclosed to you since they will fix.
I was toying with purchasing that one but in the want a coupe. But that price made it tempting. Everything else was spot on. My preferred color. Nero Dayton.
    Keep us posted.

If one plans to keep for a long time 25k miles is fine. But if you are planning to sell it in a year or so after 30k miles then its difficult to gauge how much it will sell for

Upon further inspection , I would pass on this car because no LED wheel. That would be a must for me. Good luck with the hunt.

I think the LED wheel is important for nearly everyone. The standard tach is not lit unless the headlights are on, and even then, the LEDs are really the only way to monitor revs when driving quickly. It really should be standard.

Hey fellow Ferrari owners / enthusiasts! New member here!

In my opinion the 458 Italias will take a hit in the near future. 488 spider allocations are rolling out for the U.S. and the 488 GTB has been much better welcomed than expected since it went turbo.

Personally (just my opinion) I see the 458 market leveling at 130-140k USD. 458 is the last of the NA and the Speciale is still running at a premium. I don't see the Speciale going down as much as the 430 Scuderia did.

    Again just me 2 cents.

I do agree the price was good for a car with this many options..but I decided to passed because of mileage concerns and also color....because I plan to keep the car 1-2 years and maybe put 5-6k miles on it by the time I go sell it will be a nice 30k mile used 458 of which there will be tons on the market. I believe people will be wanting to get out before the 7 year service runs out. As far as color Nero seems to be the HOT color today, as such there are many around and even more of them in a couple of years (this does not help). If the car was a rare color with similar options I believe the value would hold up much better. So for now I'm just being patient, no hurry to buy anything as I have other toys. But when I do buy another Fcar, I want to make sure that its got some rarity to it as I don't want to be another red/black Fcar in the lot. Just my humble opinion....

I agree. FoA priced it that low for a reason. It will be hard to sell it to someone that is concerned about resale. But if that's not an issue then its still a good buy
