Flipping through Ebay last night I found a picture of my car which did not make me smile Somebody pilfered my pic from my web site and they are using it to sell copyrited manuals on CD. Navigating EBAY customer service to a meaningful point is maddening. How do you stop this crap?

I can and have reported the seller for copyrighted material (the CD/DVD reprints) but I can find nothing on the abuse of copyrighted material (my picture) except for software and such.
Either the link you provided is bad or eBay has taken down the ad as of right now. I also went in and did a search on Ferrari 308 workshop manuals and all I got were pictures of the various books but no cars.
