You know, Tim, that thought crossed my mind. The last thing Mitchell needs is a flaming torch in his hands. :D

No effing respect, I tell you. One lousy incident where my alternator dies and I get no respect....

I am now driving with voltage regulator and diode packs in my trunk.

That is what got me out of the oem 348C rollcage made of unknown material and into my own rollcage of known thickness DOM tubing. It was a good thing too since I "tested" that cage. It worked.

One bike I had the number plate was "69", you get that for flipping a lot. It was 42 before they changed it on me LOL :)

I'm #88... that's Mid-Ohio 2015. I used to be #53 (Willow Springs pit maneuvered by a P-bug). I better not roll too often or I'll start walking like you.

OK, so we're all set. Just made hotel reservations in Redondo Beach for a couple of nights. I'll show up at Tim's place between 8-9 AM on Thursday and then drop the car off at FASTCARS late Thursday or first thing on Friday. Hope to see some of you while I'm down there.

    Cheers, Henry

Question: How many stooges does it take to weld a crack?

    1 to hold a beer
    1 to tell lies
    1 to moan and groan
1 to look the other way from the sparks
1 to actually make some splatter

    I can see it now.

Vince - holding a beer "where is that beer nut?"
Bruce - "I welded that 345 frame that was cracked in 3 places on the same section"
Henry - "my poor frame ... what did you do to my poor frame?"
Billybob - while shielding his eyes from the sparks "sausages, I can't see those sausages"
Tim - "fire in the hole"
