The supercharger build has started.

The intercooler isn't to keep the engine cool, it is to keep the incoming air cool. Cooler air is denser and denser air is the entire reason for the supercharger to being with.

 

I'm well aware of this as is anyone who has investigated boosting an engine. I won't get into the interaction of engine heat and volumetric efficiency/ injection parameters /ignition timing, as again, anyone considering boosting an engine must take these dynamic parameters into consideration when configuring an engine management system. But I'm sure you already know all this.

I have a SC kit made by 928 Motorsports for sale if anyone is interested. PM me.

 

I just had the 928 kit installed. It really make the car sing. Also relatively low boost so it is not abusive to the engine.

Just make sure your brakes are setup to handle the additional power.
