Yeah thats the best kind. Nothing wrong with them its not like boxers that were not allowed to be imported without real modification. Us gov allowed them to be imported because they so closely resemble state side cars.

Good lord. What happened to that poor car??? The engine compartment doesn't look as bad as the rest of the car so there might be some value in the driveline, but $9500 was about right. No way is it worth $35k! So sad. That was once a nice car.
Why is there an obsession here to devalue cars so badly? Seems sadistic in a sense. LOL. $9500 would barely buy you a 355 drivetrain, this cant be serious. On a serious note, do you think its worth considering this car as a first time 355? After owning the mondial for a while, might be time to upgrade to 5 VALVE lifestyle. VROOOOOOM. Try not to bash it too badly guys. She has potential!!! This car was advertised in nicer condition a few months back. I think someone swapped the interior pieces. Bet she RUNS STRONG!
Ironically it's probably worth more as a donor car to repair a slightly damaged but non bastardized 355.

Replaced bumper & fender...but title is clear? The engine bay pic is pretty cool. Anyone care to ask if he has any dash lights on? The RH shock actuator is missing...so... There is no resonator box on the MAF. No bung for it either. That normal for a 1996 model? Sorry of there any typo's here. I am still partially blind from looking at the interior pictures.
Very common here, and other car forums for that matter, I would wire him 10k right now and not even look at another pic. Ive done it in the past (with other cars bashed on here) and will do it again. Its funny, go back five years and look at the bashing of project 308's for 10k and now just about anyone would kill for a project 308 under 20k.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I already offered him $10k, sight unseen. He turned me down last night....but it's early. If that car was a GTS, I would already be in Texas. There are way more crazies here that will take a swing at that car for $10,000 - $12,000 than the 308 side of things. Us 355 guys are all nuts! But we look good
