    After two years in the Denver area I took a promotion to SoCal. So I'm on a road trip with the 348. Castle Rock CO to St. George UT today and on to Temecula CA tomorrow morning. Cars a mess right now as I hit some rain and even some light snow in the mountains.

    Great shot! You are very, very brave to park there though. Extremely envious of your trip-- I *love* road trips in seriously cool cars. And you're headed toward my favorite weather on the continent...

    Very nice! I plan on taking a road trip from SoCal to Utah this summer so it's interesting seeing someone come the other way.

    You'll love California and there are a ton of 348/355s around!

    I just got back from "Berry's Steel Open" tournament last week in St. George. It is a nice drive from LA to St. George to LA. Zion was spectacular too.

    Really? I have been out here for 2 years (also from Colorado) and have yet to see a 348 at a cars & coffee or even cruising around. I have seen one or two 355's though.
    I have been very surprised by the lack of 80's and 90's Ferraris personally.

    Thanks guys. The car is safe and sound in its new garage in CA. I wish I had had time to get off the expressway some more but still a fun drive.
    Casey, thanks. I can remember actually saying out loud to myself during that mountain drive we took " holy crap this is fun". I will miss the CO enthusiasts as well.
    Plugzit, I'm anxious to see the tree car in person. I took too steep of a driveway earlier today and cracked the front bumper. No big deal but I'll be doing some paint work soon too. It needs a respray for chips anyway.
    Mike, not brave, stupid. I kept getting up and looking out the window. At about midnight some people were posing and taking pictures with it. They never touched it though.

    Were you in an Fcar though? That's all that matters :D

    I'm actually planning on going camping and seeing a few national parks with a friend and the 355. Zion is on the list.

    If you come to SuperCar Sunday you will see a few but you are right, there aren't too many to be seen at shows. However, there's a pretty good presence of them on this forum.

    I've seen a 355 only once on the road, same goes for a 348.

    Glad you made it safe and had a blast getting there! One less Ferrari in Colorado though - sad but congrats on the promotion. Jealous of the year-round weather too - I am sure you will get more seat time out there :) Car looks great - funny, I never liked the starfish wheels on a 360 but they look great on your 348.
