Picture of your 348 you took today

As much as I love the 348 tail lights as they are, I do sometimes wish they'd been more like this design (Still behind the grille. Left side shown - please excuse the rough drawing!):

TOP BAR = TAIL LIGHTS (3 bulbs)
2nd BAR = INDICATORS (3 bulbs)
3rd BAR = BRAKE LIGHTS (3 bulbs)
4th BAR LEFT SIDE = REAR FOG LIGHT (1 bulb)
4th BAR RIGHT SIDE = REFLECTOR
END SQUARE = REVERSE LIGHT same size as original (1 bulb)
(It's a lot more bulbs than the standard tail lights though, and would be a lot easier to achieve with LED's today) :

Again, it's more bulbs than the original tail lights, and it would be a lot easier to do today with LED's:

Very nice if you're right handed, although I'd expect that driving from the "wrong side" of the car would present its own set of problems.

 

Huntington Beach is wonderful. Fantastic weather!! No doubt a perfect place to drive a Spider.

For my drive yesterday, had a Sunny start, Rain Hailstones, Sun, Rain, a touch of April Snow followed by an overcast stint and just got it home before it hinted at raining again.

Am hoping for better days (Fingers Crossed).

It's a good thing there's no commandment against coveting thy neighbor's Challenge car.

 

With the exception of snow, you could have been describing a typical springtime in Texas. We've had snow pretty late in the year, but it's not at all common. I'm guessing that your summer wil be *much* more tolerable though.
