Has anyone installed a crank trigger ignition system on their Dino? If so what kind did you use and are you happy with. On the 206 sp Im doing the distributor will not fit, so I want to eliminate the distributor and go with a crank trigger system. The engine I'm using is a 2 litre Fiat Dino Motor.

yes I have been there - the trigger wheel just clamps on the crank pulley and for the rest I used standard ford bits and a few brackets. a transformation, more torque - it was about 30%up at the bottom end from memory - 160 to 177 bhp when the engine was standard and much more economy. It also starts when its hot. The distributor drive isn't even connected - well worth it

Where do the spark plug wires go if not coming from the distributor?

from a ford v6 coil pack tucked behind the oil/ water heat exchanger, then routed through the caps of the distributor and to the plugs so it all looks perfectly standard.
