Looks like Riccis tyres went at the end to finish 7 secs behind so may not have won after all

Possible he was easing off but that much? Maybe be was struggling like rosy

The racing gods taketh (2015) and they giveth (2016). Good win for Ham, good strategy and kept a faster car behind (on a track where that doesn't matter as much).

Regarding the corner, he was so late on the brakes that it closed the gap more...but he slowed to make it. I feel that's what the stewards saw (versus jus blowing through it to get an advantage)

If one is judged by the company they keep, I can think of no greater insult than to be associated with Bieber. Gifted win by Red Bull to Mercedes. Ricci had everyone covered, but you can't race without tires, who does Red Bull think they are Williams?

Ham dominated last year until his team made a mistake that cost him the race. This year he wins because Redbull's team makes equal bad call. Today was karma from race gods

To be fair, it came out after the race that it was Lewis's call to come in last year.

Difference: Hamilton asked for the tyres last year but I doubt that Ricci asked to pit without any tyres today ;)

Well, I guess we didn't see a Whole Lotta Rosy. I predict his confidence is shattered now, and he will return to Elton's shadow, where he/she naturally resides, for the rest of his/her non-WDC season......

Sure wish Ric could've gotten the chance to complete his race on top rather than being robbed, but that's racing.

    As for Kimi..............

I think I'm the only one who thinks it, but I really thought Nico tagged the rear right at the start. Will watch a replay tomorrow carefully and will totally forget this post if I find I was wrong :D

Should have been Ricci win to make things interesting with Lewis second. Then the championship would have been opened up.

Then why was Nico ordered to let hammy by if they both had the same problem?

I'm going by the radio from Lewis to the pit. The full article is available >>here<<.

Peter Bonnington to Lewis Lewis Hamilton: Safety Car, Safety Car. So we are staying out.

Lewis Hamilton to Peter Bonnington: Are you sure it’s the best thing to stay out? These tyres have lost all their temperature. Everyone’s going to be on options now.

Peter Bonnington to Lewis Hamilton: OK. Copy, copy. Box, box.

Because hammy is so much faster. Was 25 secs quicker last year here and add rain to that and then it just gets worse for nico

As Damon hill said just before, the cream rises to the top and nico sunk like a stone. Hill was saying that hams drive reminded him of senna and I'd have to agree
