Very, very hard to sell a federal spec car in uk, even low mileage. That applies to most sports/supercars, not just Astons. People here want euro spec cars, right and left hand drive. Mint low mileage examples of VQ's fetch a premium simply because there are a fair few old dogs that have little history, signs of damage and neglect and corrosion from use on salty roads. We sell at least three a month and none have more than 20,000 miles on.

Lots of money for lots of miles. Two tone, but still boring nonetheless. Why don't people like something more interesting inside instead of run-of-the-mill, suicide black? Aston has one of the widest range of leather colors available, yet people choose an interior that you can find in any old mid level car. What a waste of bespoke....

Agreed. Haven't you noticed that the ones with interesting color combos are in EU. The American cars that come up for sale are almost universally some shade of silver or grey with black interior.

If there is one thing that is a downer about Astons and VQ in particular is the lack of colours in general. May be the people who bought these cars new were grey, silver and black thinkers, unlike the average lambo or ferrari buyer. There has to be a reason to make so many cars the same colour. One would be surprised to see how many people love grey, silver and black. I personally run away from silver cars, too blant. I have however seen many stunning 2 tone interiors on VQ, even in the USA.

The S front splitter is missing, right ? ;)
I know, that's cheap. A bit more than 500 € for the part and painting included.

Yes, even though this Morning Frost is 1 of the 3 "UAE" (those were built alongside the Ultimate Edition) cars and one of the last Vanquish ever built (MY2007 and with particular interior and options).

And as you know in Europe, especially in the UK, prices are stronger than in the US :)

A very early 02 Vanquish with what seems to be a tired interior for sale at Barett Jackson in 2 weeks in my neck of the wood. I dont think the car will brake $35K

They are strong, because they made way more lhd than rhd, and the federal market was what Aston were trying to break into.

here is a great Blue / off white interior I simply love.

Armen, I love that car for sale. It is so bad that I had impure thoughts about you making a deal to get that car for me to store in France.. :)

but i cant do that, between the radars spying, the to be drones flying, the special equiped mobile units and the ban to become on old cars that will spread from Paris under the iron fist of Hidalgo and Al.. owning a jewel like this over there to enjoy over the future years may simply become impossible and of course the car costs twice as much as a good non S USA Vanquish.

Don't worry Pat, there are still many car enthusiasts enjoying their sport cars in France despite the radars... ;)
