I can hear Mission from my house. House is near the Fraser and my house is almost across the river from the track. If it was in the wild around Mission. Id guess it would be the guy one house over from me or the guy up the road. The guy closest has a 348, 458 spyder and a Daytona all TDF. Further up the street is the red 458. He also has a white Bentley Continental and a red Aventador roadster. Its actually easier to go over to Mission from my house then into Abbotsford grocery shopping or to restaurants. I never see my neighbors in Abbotsford out and about. I run into them in Mission though.
Is the 458 Speciale Aperta really a million dollar car? 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale A | Only Certified Ferrari & Maserati Dealer in Vancouver
They are holding strong at $800k USD down south so this asking price is appropriate. Factor in the exchange and you're even getting a deal
800K in US is expected price. Nobody will pay that price there. This is more bubble than properties in Shaughnessy and Granville (LOL).
And one mil cad can get you an SV roadster plus 488 GTB, IMO better combination than Speciale Aperta.

The Italian & French car & motorcycle show is on at Waterfront Park, North Vancouver. I understand there is also a German or perhaps Porsche-only show in West Van, possibly Dundarave. Hope the weather cooperates.
Yes, the show is on at Waterfront Park, rain-or-shine. It may be wet in the morning but is supposed to clear up for the afternoon. I'll be there with my GT4...
Did all the Lamborghinis go to the German car show by mistake instead of the French and Italian show today? Thanks to all that brought out their cars and to the one and only Lamborghini that showed up. My son was happy to see that one Murcielago and took a ton of pictures of it.
I doubt it. The Lambo guys have attended before so they know the venue. Speaking with Robert, the sales mgr. of Lambo of Vancouver, they put out an open invite for today and only the ONE car showed up (the Murcie). I guess they got scared off by the threat of rain... Yes, it poured in Coquitlam as I drove in this morning, but North Van stayed bone dry all day long. I even got a bit of sunburn as I stayed to the end (left @ 5PM)! As much as the older cars are not showing up as they used to, it was great to see some really cool, newer stuff make an appearance (euro Maserati 3200 recently imported from Italy and a Shamal! Wow!). I didn't realise it until later, but my 308 GT4 was the OLDEST Ferrari on display this year... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks for the nice pictures..... Was going to attend for the first time with my son but.....family responsibilities with the out-laws got the better of me. Would have pushed some of the family stuff aside but didn't like the rain that was coming down on the south side of Vancouver. Cheers FN
