    I dont think they pay more because they are Ferrari, in fact they can probably get people and pay less :D

    You just have to look at what a dealership tech is paid. They are not payed much in comparison to a dealership BMW tech of for that matter a ford or gm tech.

    Its part of the reason why there is a fairly high turn over at a Ferrari dealership. Once the honeymoon is over, most move on.

    Depends on the dealership. Most of the employees at the one I frequent have been around for decades.

    They do, however, get discounts on Fiat cars
