The cuisine in big guitar town is a little below average IMO.

 

Ah ok. Im sure you had a fun time on that one. Looks like a fun place.

 

He is the defending champion, he is in a f1 race every time there is a F1 race. It would seem silly to exclude him from being mentioned in a section to discus F1. Because of his past championships, he will always be a discussion point here for life. There will always be high expectations and scrutiny on a multiple time world Champion, there are not many with his past achievements on the F1 grid today. Senna never drove for Ferrari, he has been dead for decades, yet he also is often brought up in threads.

 

But one can get the impression that it is all about Hamilton in this forum...Not a single thread that does not end up in a discussion about him...
Now toil is banned for a few days and instead those complaining about him enjoy the silence they start a new thread about Lewis like there is no other theme...It looks like we do not need the "fanboys" anymore to keep Hamilton threads up...what a pity...

 

Thats because there is no other theme and you know it. A lot of people got banned with the new rules, me included. Like i said earlier, we get a few pages of race talk then its hamilton non stop.

 

But talking about Hamilton is race talk, because Hamilton is a race driver, and a F1 race driver at that.

Each time you complain of how often Hamilton is mentioned, in so doing, you mention him yourself - and thus are part of the problem you complain about.

Imagine if P. Singhof had simply read my post and not replied, then you would not of read his post, and then written this post about Hamilton, So now we have four posts about Hamilton that might not of existed without one submit button being hit.

If someone is really trolling, and really trying to get a rise out of you or others, all you have to do is stop replying, suddenly it gets very boring for a would be troll. They go else ware or become productive.

When the moderators were called in to take a more active role on this section, I put two people on ignore, then anyone else that quoted them more than three times with no real exchange of knowledge going on I also added to my ignore list. Suddenly, the race thread was readable and enjoyable.

Trolls have a symbiotic relationship to those who reply to them. If you stop replying, the troll dies.

Who was talking about filtering out Hamilton??? The question was rather why everything and every thread has to be about him like he is the only one driving? Everybody is convinced that this is toils fault but look how it works out while he is banned...

 

He is in every race, he was last year's champion, he is likely to be this years champion. Why should we not be talking about him in nearly every thread? He is a major figure in F1.

Oh, and if you stop replying in here, it will help this thread about Hamilton drop off the first page.
