Mark....pretty shortly it looks like he price of used 650S and a new 570S will cross. Can you go over the similarities and differences on driving dynamics (steering, handling, feel, power, brakes, etc) between the two?

Our local McLaren dealer opened recently and I'd like to know a little more before I visit.

    Thanks!

    Mark..

An amazing collection. Saw 2 P1's at a recent event and in person, they are stunning.

And great write up on the 570s.

I have a 2010 612 oto that is my current GT car. This new 570 gt is tempting me to move on. Looks like a sweet package.

Yes because the P1 is a truly unique experience among cars. The only way for you to truly understand is to drive them both. The 675LT is absolutely amazing but it can't (the nor would you want it to) deliver the sheer rawness and fierceness of the P1. You simply can't go wrong with either.

I think you have to drive them both. The 570S is a newer experience which benefits from McLaren's evolution in driving "feel" and it has a more resolved interior design and exterior styling. It's nice and fast but not quite as fast as 650S nor does it have the magic carpet suspension of the 650S. Likewise you can get 650S in a Spider and because of the carbon fiber tub you lose give up nothing in terms of handling and performance, it feels like a coupe when the roof is up and it makes a great convertible. I love both cars. I think you really need to try them both and see which scratches your itch.

570 is an awesome car. my buddy has one and we switched back and forth with a 650 and my 675LT. They are both completely different and I really liked the 570. I have some great side-by-side pics but this site wont allow me to post them sorry!

The 570s is an amazing car. I got to spend a lot of seat time in our R&D vehicle and I was definitely shocked at how quick the car was. A local customer of mine recently went 10.2's at our local 1/4 mile raceway. The car was completely stock, I can't wait to see what they do with our performance package. I just wish the car had a wing!

Checked out an S and a GT yesterday. Really liked them both. I understand a spyder is forthcoming....I'll more than likely go for that when it arrives. The details on the bodywork are art.....it is a beautiful machine.

The more I drive the 570S the more in love with it I get. The driving position and the way it delivers steering feel is just incredible. I can't recommend it enough.
