Cars 'n' Coffee @ Saratoga Automobile Museum

Under perfect June skies, took my 575M to the Saratoga Automobile Museum yesterday. Contemporaneously, the Museum was the focus for demo drives in Tesla S's and Porsche Panamera and Cayman models. The Museum is one of the jewels in the Saratoga Spa State Park. This Friday the Museum's Annual Gala opens the summer exhibition dedicated to Sam Posey who will be with us a guest of honor. Also at the Gala and speaking about Sam will be Luigi Chinetti Jr. with whom Sam raced for his father's NART team, Bill Warner, founder of the Amelia Island gathering each March, Skip Barber and Frank Stella. A couple more photos, all taken by a young fellow with his cell phone; note the phone's wide angle lens distorts the car, a bit like a wide angle head shot enlarges and distorts the nose in a portrait. Like a dummy, I forgot my Leica. :-(
