I'm not a great fan of white but this one looks stunning.

    A wrap, perhaps?

Would have been better without the stripe and some shields.

Looks like the wrap covered up the shields as I don't think the factory sent any F12s out without them.

The shields are an option on the F12 just like on every other Ferrari.

I agree but has anyone seen an F12 or even an FF without them?

You learn something new here all the time. Those are the perks of listening to someone who's more knowledgeable 😀

The genius of the aerobridge is that for the F12 one can buy two pairs, with and without shields, and simply swap them for relatively low cost as opposed to buying new fenders with the shield stamps, which is the case for all other Ferraris.
A member here (Roma1280) did exactly that for his F12.

Personally I love the shields. Can't imagine my F12 without them, but that is the beauty of a Ferrari...you can get it YOUR way.

Yep exactly. Shame I can't find find a paint shop to exactly match the titanio as the parts come unpainted!

Yes -- my FF. I prefer the understated look, so I have no shields; silver wheel inserts (not yellow); aluminium brake calipers (not red or yellow); white taco (not yellow)... you get the idea.

I also appreciate the fact that the name "Ferrari" appears nowhere on the exterior of the car -- just the prancing horse. Enthusiasts know that the FF is a Ferrari, and people who don't will find out when the lights change to green... :D
