    I think the fixed headlights are a special feature for number 91 that anyone would be loathe to dispense with.

    #133 is a Jota? silver / black (alcantara or leather ?)

    #79 is (Orange / black leather in Macau)

    Purple / creme leather in HK i also don´t know the #.

    For #91, i think this car still remains in UK. Also you can´t see the roll cage on the yellow car in south africa. The roll cage on #91 is unique in the SE30 production as far as i know

    Indeed. As far as i know #091 was ordered by a south african customer who never received the car. So it remained a long time in the factory. Maybe Lamborghini updated the car to make it more "sellable". In September 1998 they started with fixed headlights so the pop up lights were too oldfashion. This is only my guess...

    The pop-up lights were replaced later. The South African car is a different RHD Jota, not 091. I believe that 091 was originally intended for racing and club events in South Africa, Mr. Forstner also refers to it as a 'race' Jota as opposed to his other 'street' Jota. The car was not delivered, but so was the other yellow Jota.
    I think you are mixing up cars because 079 is a Hong Kong car (originally yellow), not the orange Macau car (originally lambo thirty)
