Impressive! I think the fixed headlights are a special feature for number 91 that anyone would be loathe to dispense with.
#133 is a Jota? silver / black (alcantara or leather ?) #79 is (Orange / black leather in Macau) Purple / creme leather in HK i also don´t know the #. For #91, i think this car still remains in UK. Also you can´t see the roll cage on the yellow car in south africa. The roll cage on #91 is unique in the SE30 production as far as i know
Mine is #72 on there Curious to where you got the photo from, as that's one of the few times I used it last year.
You're probably right, I will try to find more information about this south african SE30. About the roll cage, #145 is also equipped with one : http://i.imgur.com/o64HREB.jpg http://i.imgur.com/36ldU2M.jpg No, it's not a Jota : http://i.imgur.com/cIbFUWY.jpg Yes, indeed. This car was in HK with BBS (?) wheels : http://i.imgur.com/om7qAkX.jpg
Here is a side from the italian magazine "auto" in maggio 1995 with some pictures of #091 in front of the factory. As you can see with pop up lights and in the correct giallo shade. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Indeed. As far as i know #091 was ordered by a south african customer who never received the car. So it remained a long time in the factory. Maybe Lamborghini updated the car to make it more "sellable". In September 1998 they started with fixed headlights so the pop up lights were too oldfashion. This is only my guess... Regards, Leo
The pop-up lights were replaced later. The South African car is a different RHD Jota, not 091. I believe that 091 was originally intended for racing and club events in South Africa, Mr. Forstner also refers to it as a 'race' Jota as opposed to his other 'street' Jota. The car was not delivered, but so was the other yellow Jota. I think you are mixing up cars because 079 is a Hong Kong car (originally yellow), not the orange Macau car (originally lambo thirty)
You're right, here is the SE plate of #79 : http://i.imgur.com/9g0NYMX.jpg "David S.K. Cheung" And the Macau car : http://i.imgur.com/sIXQjv4.jpg "Johnny Fok"
Well, those plates are both aftermarket; but note also that the Macau car has a different interior and other details like electric windows which originally came with the car Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes, I already noticed the electric windows on Macau car. #79 has a two tone leather (cream / purple) : http://i.imgur.com/4InYQJO.jpg
Whats the # of the macau car? If it was previously purple it must be this car?! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
