    Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there are any early signs for either an F1 pump failure or a cat thermocouple failure. I'm not sure a PPI by a Ferrari expert would have provided early warning for those issues, so I don't think you have a claim for those problems.

    For the ball joint and the AC refrigerant, I would get the list of their 100-point check and if these items are on there, then you should be able to request compensation for those items. There s no way it is worth legal action, but I would expect a dealer to give you some compensation if you limit your claim to what could (and should) have been picked up during inspection.

    That is the case. You were dumped a maintenance basket. Fix the car and move on, that is, dump it !!

    Remind the sister dealer where you have a relationship you'll be taking your business elsewhere on account of these peanuts.
    File a small claims case. Chances are you'll prevail, you'll at least inconvenience the bastards enough to hire an attorney to defend themselves.
