Nice and quick question on the lift in the garage. What type of ceiling requirements are needed? Did you have to drill into the foundation?
I have this same lift, my installer (who covers NY and CT) said that most people don't bolt them down so they can shift them around a bit. I ran it that way for about a year, but wasn't happy with the sounds of shifting so I had it bolted into the floor. I'm now much happier and would recommend floor bolts if you can.
Nice posse of vehicles. I have 3 four post lifts and have not bolted any of them to the floor, but they are primarily used for storage. I have wheels for them, so easy to move around if required. I also replaced all of my garage door openers to liftmaster jackshaft motors which really cleans up the garage and frees up additional ceiling height if you need it.
i had a pro BendPak installer come by after I bought the kit and he recommended we bolt it down, i didn't disagree considering I didn't need any mobility and felt better with a fixed lift installed next to the other cars.
