When I was selling my '92 512TR (that was in excellent condition) I was told its 27,000 miles made it a "bottom feeder" car.

It will always be the car I should NEVER have sold.

Unfortunately in the Ferrari world, the bar for "high mileage" is set ultra low. Like < 2000 miles a year. I guess the market dictates that bar.

I'll just keep on driving my bottom feeder car(39,000 miles) since it is a bottom feeder now - not much difference between a 39K car or a 50K car when it comes time to sell.

I'd say more like less than 1000 or less than 500 . My TR is a 91 so 2K a year would be 50K miles, I'm currently at 36 but I'd say it is higher mileage.

in terms of mileage, as time goes on for TR's anything under 40k will be OK. also, on other models up to dino etc etc, it doesn't seem that mileage is that big of consideration than on TR's , 308's etc

    Bump..

This has been a quite thread lately, Where do you thinks we are today? Lets say a medium mileage car,
    Condition 1
    Condition 2
    Condition 3
    Condition 4
    Condition 5

    Is Hagerty's correct?

I know this doesn't help, but I'd be making you an offer if the £ was stronger against the $.

To pick up on the thread, many Ferraris, not just Testarossa's are sticking over here and also some decent cars now available well below the £100k threshold.
