It's pretty easy to mask an IP address--just requires an IQ of about 85.

Should move this to the "Fchat Police" Thread in Rossa.

This sorts of things seem to always follow the same pattern. The only thing missing here is the OP coming on to call us all wannabe losers who only WISH they had the kind of expensive cars he does.

    Never gets old.

That sweet LaF is waiting to be picked up, OP just needs to get the insurance money.

First off, why bother? The guy thought we'd just go ahead and buy his imaginary car, so why mask his IP address?

And, who says the OP has an IQ that exceeds 84? :D

Heck, Dave, enough wasted space and effort. Plenty of great cars out there. Moldy muffins happen.

Well Rhu did go to Carleton University - and he lists his carsify.ca business address as 1125 Colonel By Drive, which happens to be Oliver's Pub at Carleton U. Drop by his "office", have a few beers and then take the LaF or Bugatti out for a test drive. Seems legit.

Whoops, Rhu, it seems you forgot to incorporate your business. I'm sure it's just a small oversight for a guy selling multi-million dollar cars.

I'm looking for a jet. Does the OP have one on offer as well?? Tail number will suffice. :)

No jet, but while procrastinating earlier, I found his facebook page - he had plastic sheds on special just a few hours ago. Before that, it was a camera that "had to go in 1 hour".

Hate to pile on the guy but it would be nice if posters here realized that it's always best to be 100% straight up and whatever the situation, tell it like it is. Cause if anything's the slightest bit sketchy, someone here will catch it.

If he sells the shed where will carsify operate from when the pub is closed?

btw, the guy's gimmick is automotive arbitrage or 'curbing' -

He listed a Bugatti for 1.8, same exact photos from a different dealer that was 1.4.

he's hoping to catch a fish for say 1.8 ... 1.7 - negotiate with the dealer that was selling for 1.4..and pocket the difference without having to put up any capital.

Nothing wrong with being a dealer and making $$$, but when dealers start making up stories and falsehoods - that's where I draw the line.

(I need to buy a LaFerrari bull crap)

Just know that any car he lists on https://www.carsify.ca is surely listed somewhere else for cheaper and he's just the 'middleman' hoping to make $$$ to 'deliver car from point A to point B'

    haha
