Anyone knows whats happening to the 348registry Only the home page is accessible Would like to register my 348TS
I spoke with Ron (Toggie) over email this past Jan about the 348 registry site. He said that it went down when the web hosting company dropped SQL Server Version 7 functionality. He said it was on his "to do" list to get back up and running, but would likely be at least a few months.
I'd be willing to host it for him with SQL 7. I run some Windows based web servers. If someone can pass that info on to him. And being a proud 348 owner - I can do it FOC.
Registry is still down. I'd venture that no one has reached out to Toggie, so I took the liberty of pestering again and conveying your offer, Angus, as well as linking him to the thread here. It would be great to resurrect this database.
Matt, thanks for the email. Yes, it would be great to get the 348 Registry up and running again. The static web pages still work but none of the database web pages can function at the moment.
