Was not able to disarm the car yesterday even thought the fob battery is good (LED light up properly but fail to disarm the alarm even after 100s of push and attempt to sync up). Grab the second "Cloned" fob and after 10 push got everything to sync up correctly.

The question is how can I sync the first fob again? I don't have red fob nor pin code for this 2001 Euro 360 Spyder. Low battery? Keep pushing until they sync up again?

I think the prevailing wisdom is... Keep pressing, eventually it'll sync given the battery is good.

Jonathan- Usually happens when you use only one fob and the other gets one code out of synch for each push of the button on the one you are using. Once you get both working, best to alternate fobs for each drive so they only get out of synch two or three button pushes.

This is why cloned fobs aren't the perfect solution. I paid the cost and had the code recovered. Now they can't get out of sync because they are in the alarm system as separate fobs. They aren't two fobs sharing an entry.

    what a timely thread.
one of my fob just stopped working a few days ago. not sure why. It's not the car b/c the 2nd fob works just fine. the red fob works just fine. Luckily I have the code card and red fob. whats the best way to recode the non working fob?
I read that the key is quickly turned the number of times the codes on the card but that seems like the instruction to start the car but not to recode the key.
my annual is coming up and I was going to ask the indi to recode the key but if I can do this at home, it's gonna save some moolah..
    thanks.

Likely just needs a new battery. Make sure and pinch the contacts together before inserting the new battery. Battery recommendation in here, but there are other manufacturers' batteries that will work.

You cannot recode the fob. Immofixer in Australia probably can as part of a fix, but doubt the fob needs it.

You can't. You can only code fobs in one go AND you can't use the same PIN as is already in the system. SO, you can't get there from here. You would need a different red fob with a different PIN. THEN you could program all of the fobs at once.

If you can't get he fob to synch, call these guys:

    ECU Doctors, 1-800-328-1425

Talk to Jorge and tell him you have the pin code. They can reprogram your fob.

I doubt they can reprogram a single fob and I doubt anything is wrong with it in the first place. They are pretty simple devices unless you dunk them or break the parts on the board.

Terry, I spoke with Jorge. They can retrieve the PIN from the immobilizer. They can also program the immobilizer to new fob PIN codes. I do need to ask him this specific question as I have my original PIN and got it to work with the key one time and one time only. If he can reprogram the Fob without them being a clone, that would be great.

    He can.

He can program the fobs so they behave like the original fobs, not clones. He can also program the "red" fob.

I believe the price is something like $175 for two fobs, but you might want to get the current pricing from him.

Quick updates. Replacing the battery on the first fob and 10 push or so later the remote sync up nicely. Both fobs are working now!

I guest old battery is able to flash LED but not enough to transmit.!? Anyway, spare battery is part of tool kit now:)
