These pictures show the left drivers side changed outside the right still has the old bulbs. The pictures don't really do it justice. The reverse light is brilliant white and the tail lights super red. This picture is in the dark with no flash.

Results came out really nice. Not sure the pics show the difference but super shiny black. I also put some on the targa roof and really transformed it !

Have you tested the new reverse lights in the real world? I'm curious if they provide noticably better light when reversing. Could you post the exact lamps you got for those of us who might want to try them? TIA.

So I have been enjoying the driving season this summer, and put many miles on the car. I have a couple of problems however.

    a) Car starts first time when cold, but when hot doesn't start well. Motor turns over and over before it "catches". sometimes you can hear poping. I'm guessing unburnt fuel hitting hot exhuast.

    b) car doesn't run smooth at idle (when hot). Revs tend to go up and down

    c) sometimes car stalls when putting the clutch in, or crawling in traffic.

    d) occasional CEL on the 1-4 bank

I pulled the engine code, and got 1212. On my348.com it says it's either the O2 sensor or the MAF. Decided to buy some new O2 sensors and install

I also, last winter, bought 4 new relays. This was from a post from Jeff where he had some success changing out the fuel pump and injector relays.

The reason you remove the air box is because the sensors plug in underneath the air box

I bought a handy O2sensor socket to remove mine.

However it turn out to be totally useless. I couldn't get it to grip the sensor.

An alternative way of doing this is to jack the car, remove the wheel inner protection and go at it with a 22mm wrench from the side.

Oddly I tried to do it with the wrench from above and it worked !

    Cool
