A Ferrari as an investment? A 348 is a blue-chip stock at the moment! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
In Melb. Needed a lot of work, but thought I could snip it. Before I could check it out, it went to auction - $76K! I guess if you could restore it for $50K...
read it on the internet, must be true How they could mention a 348 in the same breath as a 355 is beyond me ...... chalk and cheese
http://www.carsales.com.au/editorial/advice/2016/ferrari/348/advice-is-there-such-a-thing-as-an-affordable-ferrari-103499 I notice this has a link to my 400I in the story. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I have had it on the road for 2 years now & all up including purchase, transport to Alice, minor initial repairs & a new set of Michelin XWX's it owes me just over $23,000. Our Mondeo dropped over $15,000 in value during this time! Cheers, Al
I wouldn't go that far but it is a lot of fun. I really need to start cleaning it up for the Red Centre NATS soon. Its last wash was before the NATS last year. Definitely more fun driving them than cleaning them.
Definitely more fun driving them than cleaning them! I never drive mine, but I never wash it either. I was gunna wash mine this days off, but it will only get dirty on the truck over there in 10 days time so I won't bother. Will wash it when I get there. Talk soon man.
It will be good to catch up again. How long are you coming over for? I have to fly out on the Monday after the NATS but have time off before it. I start holidays this coming Wednesday so that should give me a bit of time to hose it & the Corty Ute off.
WTF do you mean by "on the truck" Ohhhh...that's right.......you haven't done the belts..... so you could actually drive it over/down and back, you know, like most of us do on the GG.
The 440 is still in lots of pieces. So it is the mk5 South African import Bakkie. Great the iPad put my picture upside down! Image Unavailable, Please Login
