Got this last night on my ride home in stop and go traffic.

2001 euro spider with O2 extenders, new O2 sensors when I installed the factory Racing Exhaust system. Really have no issues for the last couple of years. I recently replaced fuel pump on driver side due to leaks (fuel smell, etc) - Part No. 239812 as Ricambi USA suggested. Scuderia Car Parts in UK however pulled up a different part number for this. After the replacement, all my readiness flags show up and car is noticeably smoother (maybe even a little quieter exhaust).

Reading a little more in the P0159 code - it could be related to fuel pressure as well? I guess I can swap the rear O2 sensors and see if the problem follows. But wanted to see if anyone here have a more insightful take on this.

    Regards,
    Jonathan

Thanks Kevin. I saw those check items which side step me to the possible fuel pump / fuel pressure since that was the last thing that I replaced before this happen.

By the way bank 2 is driver side?

I am not sure but actually this graphic is more useful since it shows the other related codes. You have input but the computer says it's slow. Is this a good time for an Italian tune up?
