This is the car that got its own thread in June http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ff-gtc4lusso-f12/525248-us-spec-f12-tdf-available.html
Advertised maybe. Selling price will be MUCH lower. Even European prices (1M) are fantasy land the ones changing hands are much lower.
Not the ones I know of. Including taxes ?That has been the difference in prices in europe i have heard of. If you you know lower let me know, as I have friends who want to buy. Everyone who has claimed that so far, has not delivered to them.
For those who are interested here is the price info on the tdf at Fusion (USD). Window sticker 597k, asking 1.5M.
so... whats that US... about a million? Lots of room between a million and 1.5 Also, what does the seller mean by track cams? Cameras? Camshafts?
track cameras; it's an option, adds 2 video cameras (one forward facing, in the rear view mirror housing, the other in the overhead bulkhead for "over the shoulder" view), integrates into the "Telemetry" (i.e. data logger).
I'd sell in a heartbeat at $1.2M and put the money towards something much more special. What's a 918 right now? $1.5M?
candidly, a 100% premium on ANY car, at any time, requires serious consideration having said that, I've been very lucky to have been able to own and drive some GREAT cars in my life....I am definitely a "driver", so I'd include my hot rodded Fiat Abarth, our new Golf R and our 458 Speciale in that category 200 miles so far in the TDF.....holy cow. Now this is a car I am likely to keep long term. It's absolute insanity in a good way. With due respect, the 675LT, P1, LaF, 918 are all amazing, but the TDF has "attitude" that far exceeds any attempt at refinement. I'm realizing how much I like "attitude"
Fantastic early impressions Entropy- thank you. I'm very happy for you and also excited for other friends who are due to receive their cars soon. Wow! What a machine!
We actually have Blizzaks, on 17 inch OZ wheels. The car is lowered, so traction is less of an issue than the snowplow effect - or bottoming out.
