Very good! I will be there Wednesday afternoon, it's going to be a quick trip over. We are in town till Monday morning. Will definitely catch up man, plenty of time. I'm not driving it over because I have no interest in being cramped up in that little car for 8 hours. And I will be doing plenty of driving while I am over there. Easier to spend $1750 to truck it there and back for 4 days. Done and done.
So, to summarise, even if a car has spent 99.9% of its life in the UK, as long as it was originally Aussie delivered it won't be a rust-bucket and is therefore worth 3x the price of one that spent two weeks extra in the UK by originally being sent there from the factory in Italy. Note: This rule doesn't apply to OHOSs which the gurus decide they might like to buy, in which case UK delivered cars are excellent.
So, you've finally worked it out, this place is about promoting specific cars, to put personal OHOS in a good light Personally I'll be happier when the crash comes and normality is restored and they are all worth $50k
A Ferrari Chat member in the 348 section owns a 92 348 from new with 1594 miles on the clock. He starts and runs the car every two weeks until it gets to operating temps, then shuts it off. He only just replaced the cam belt and tensioners a few months ago. They were 24 years old and the belt and tensioners still looked like new. Car has 1594 miles on it and probably around 1000hrs of idle time. lol
2007 Ferrari F430 F1 Auto nice spec. yellow brakes and more carbon on the interior (wheel?) would've been nice though. Asking price is ridiculous. I'd pay $200k flat, even then I'd scratch my head. Heard some horror stories from previous theodossi customers (not making any claims - going on my very limited knowledge based on friends).
Great news! Only going by the limited stories I've been told. Always good to have different inputs. They have a few nice Ferrari's for sale, all decently priced, may drop in to check them out. Just the 430 seems a bit over priced at $300,000.
What's the point of that?! I can understand with a rare and valuable car, like say a 355F1, but a 348?
