Okay, this one is odd. So, I pulled my seats and had them recovered. Looks great! But, I put them back in the car, and the passenger seat will only latch in the full forward position, and the driver seat is stuck latched in the full aft position. Take seats out. On flat level ground, they slide back and forth fine, and latch normally at each interval along the rail.
Back in the car, same issue as before. I have trouble shot it down to when the seats are in the car, the adjustment bar (#57 in the diagram) is being compressed on the passenger side, causing the teeth to not engage unless the seat is full forward, where the bar is not being compressed by the compartment floor. Opposite is occurring on the driver side, where the bar cannot be raised enough to disengage the teeth... The only thing I can guess is that the seats where somehow not put together correctly. The fix would seem to be the passenger seat needs to somehow be raised, and the driver seat lowered. But, considering how the seats bolt into the floor, I don't see how this can happen... Or, can the adjustment bar, #57 be adjusted? Has anyone dealt with this??

#57 is unique to LH and RH -- as are some of the other slider parts. Are you confident they haven't been mixed up on reassembly?

Actually, I am not... I had an upholstery shop do the re-cover, and had no part in the re-assembly. What you are saying, does make sense. How do I know what the correct geometry is? Is the above diagram the passenger or driver seat? I actually just ordered from you, as I stripped out a #69 bolt taking the seats out... Also, can you tell me the price on #67? Your site states to "call".

I don't have any of those little spacer things in stock at the moment. They are $0.90/each, if I remember correctly. It's really just a rectangular washer/shim... nothing special to it.

Thanks guys. How can I find out if the parts are on correct, i.e., LH/RH?

Further clouding the issue....it's real easy to install the bars upside down. They look more right that way.
Multiple floor mats tend to make them hard to adjust as well.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! Problem fixed. #57 was reversed and upside down between driver and passenger seats. All working perfectly now! Another save by the brotherhood, thanks gents!!!
