My first guess is that it's Italian.
I was going to go with OM but the V in the radiator makes me think it would be an Isotta.

I vaguely remember seeing this picture before but can't really remember where.
So my guess will be that it is German.

It's not German either, but that helps narrows it down.

If you've spent half as much time as I have perusing old car photos, then you've probably encoutered one or more of the three posted images. All three can be pulled up online using the right Google search terms, so if you narrow it down enough, you'll find them again. The only material changes I made were removal of an identifying badge/logo from one photo and a crop-job of the photo showing the drivers.

Not Voisin, but that's getting closer.

No, we haven't done it. Not Iron Curtain.

    Nope.

Quick recap: Not Italian, not German, not Iron Curtain, and not British. Closest guess so far has been Voisin. ;)

Well when you put it that way, Panhard et Levassor.

I found a Panhard (et Levassor) that looked similar but was a 1932 X39 biplace sport.
What model is your picture and am I correct in guessing it is earlier (1920s)? Thanks in advance, El Wayne.

Yes, this is much earlier - Panhard & Levassor 20 CV Course Type SK4F Torpedo Sport, as driven by Victor Rigal in the 1922 Grand Prix de Boulogne.

That was tough. I'm sure I tried searching for P&L. But obviously not well enough.

    So who's up?

    Looks French. Amilcar or Salmson?
