Ferrari F60 leaving Ferrari of Houston

Meh. If they just had plan to make it a normal production car, it would have looked much better. This looks like a rush job to remove the top on a car that was only designed as a coupe.

Every articles I've read about the F60 America said the engine is the same spec as the standard F12 with 730 bhp. Could you please tell me where you get the information on the TDF engine in the F60. Thanks.

The Original F60 presentation model was released before the tdf. So ferrari coudn't reveal the production engine.

So they probably fitted it with a regular F12 engine, waiting for the release of the tdf.

The articles you read where probaly all written when the presentation car was shown.

One thing is sure, the F60 America has a tdf erngine, just like like the SA Aperta had a GTO engine

I heard long ago that was slated to receive an F60 America.

On to the other topic, can someone confirm the engine type for the F60 America? I was under the impression it was the same as the F12tdf.

 

@gonzal092 on Instagram has a yellow F60 among other treasures. Unfortunately he posts, then deletes his content quickly, but cool stuff shows up none the less. He's associated with the Alejandro YouTube group.

And why is is called the F60? That would seem to be a complete abuse of the ferrari nonclemature.

It would imply it should be posted in this section, where as really it should be in the F12 section
