Great idea for a thread.
This is a fantastic thread and tribute to Michael. Watching F1 (for me) hasn't been the same since his retirement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I feel exactly the same way. I was sad when Senna was lost, but Michael kept on making formula one interesting. At his retirement, it lost a lot of its interest, and gradually has imploded ever since
I was there too.... Still have my passes from the day, and some of the gifts they gave at Ferrari. Ross brawn came into the suite for a talk, as did Jean todt, and I remember many there had just seen schumi come out for a final run, and were in tears
Spot on comment Sid. Hence this should be a fantastic thread to relive the good days of F1 and Michael's contributions to the sport. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sorry my comment was ambiguous - I wasn't at Finali Mondiali 2006 - but I bought the caps off a marshal who WAS there ...
Ahhhh, no worries, I spent the day trying and failing to actually get close to Michael to get an autograph, there were too many Ferrari execs there with their favourite clients organised to get one.... Great event to go to though, if you get the opportunity!

If you have nothing good to say in a tribute thread, why bother icworld? You are trying to bring up bull**** that wasn't proven in 1994, and 22 years later won't be proven either
Awesome! And now I started their Elton thread, the haters will hopefully leave us to reminisce in peace! Forza Michael
http://youtu.be/z6_X_-RwVy4 Taking the race wins record.... seems such a long time ago. Back then, race wins meant far more than they do now, you could die in a crash, and even the best cars were unreliable enough that you could never guarantee results
