Help needed: does 599 come with second battery?

Car was sitting over the winter, the battery was dead. Put a new battery in by ferrari dealer 2 months ago, everything worked fine. After running it a few weeks, got 2 problem seems to relate to battery, can anyone help? The dealer said the cluster has problem, but I don't agree with them because all info on the cluster is still showing, just lights off. Car starts up fine, drives fine, nothing is different.

1. The cluster is complete dark, day or night mode. But if I look very close, I can see the screen is showing info, but it's very hard to read tho.
2. The radio is not working.

At first the dealer told me to drive the car to charge up then the cluster should be fine, but it wasn't and it isn't happening. Then they told me to replace the entire cluster which is about $10k + labor. I mean I can still read it but lights are complete off, plus the radio isn't working, it's hard for me not to think it would be a battery or connector issue? Anyone has experience with that? Thank you!

 

yeah thank you sir, I found out that's a $3k repair job. Better than buying a used cluster because you never know the condition of it.

BTW, Fdealer will ask for $10k for a new cluster replacement, including labor. They won't repair the old one.
