    Weidenhausen MG TD.

Okay, so it took me about 20 minutes to see the post, but then those wheels were a dead giveaway. The Bundesadler badge on the nerf bar saved me some time as well. :)

    I take those 25 minutes as a sign that I'm improving :)

It's not an Italian car, but I don't know who designed this body.

    Not Bristol either.

    Let me help you guys:
    :)

Ok, a clue: Had the grille not been cropped out of the image, I think both the make and model would have been immediately obvious to all but the most casual of historic motorsport enthusiasts, and particularly obvious to fans of historic British motorsport.

I try to think of british racingcars with distinctive fronts. RR has only, as far as I know, one racing car, a rally converted Silver Shadow. Aston has a recognizeable front. Does not look Aston like. But is it a special body on an early Ason Martin?
(Is the crest like emblem a clue?)

My guess will be that a MG lays under this Cisitalia-like body, if the grille would be so easy.
