Somebody grab this up, stunning example, and that luggage!
Thanks Todd. I haven't even had one serious call on the car. It really is a great example and all the usual TR issues have been taken care of.
I've been around this Ferrari for years and it's beautiful. If your in the market for a TR this is definitely the car to buy. Good luck Frank! (although secretly I really don't want you to sell it)
Open to offers. I have found something to replace this with and would like to get this one gone. Will sell with or without the luggage.
Yep. And all eBay Motors bids / "sales" are non-binding so it's 100% advertising not a true auction in any sense. Just another portal like Cars.com & Trader.
well, theoretically, you should be able to leave negative feedback if the person doesnt go through with the sale.. but I guess that might not count much
Nope, you can't leave negative feedback on eBay Motors anymore since the bids are non-binding. It was the case years ago but eBay changed the policy. Remember, sellers can cancel bids as well so there is nothing enforceable on either side. But it's cheap advertisement just like Craigslist...
I've bought and sold on Ebay as well, but it seems to be getting much more frequent the dead beat bidder's that have no intention of buying anything. Talked with a person last year that had "sold" his car on Ebay for $200,000.00, the winning bidder never answered him back after the auction. The seller told me that Ebay was wanting him (the seller), to pay a 250.00 fee for the listing. I mentioned that he should get a hold of Ebay, and them, (politely) to collect the $250.00 from the winning bidder that didn't follow thru. Don't know how that got resolved, but I see a LOT of cars of all makes that are "sold" several times & the winning bidder's never buy the car. That why more & more people call is Fleabay.
A little off the OP topic: but no reason to disparage Ebay, when the users are suspect. There is a formal process to get a full refund from Ebay for the listing fee if the buyer turns out to be a deadbeat and proper communication has been made to the buyer with no response. I have used it successfully several times, it's a PITA, and takes about 10 business days, but it works.
In a few years you will be saying, I could have bought this car when for........I had the chance. The time is now, these cars are gaining quickly. Bump for a good deal.
