Justin, I enjoyed your video. Thank you for posting it. Your car sounds so much better than today's Formula 1 cars!!

Thanks! I often end up racing people even though I know I shouldn't. I'm weak...I can't resist the provocation!

Interesting point. The oil in my car does take ages to come up to temp, even on hot days. I thought it was normal. I do try and warm the car up for a few minutes before leaving but I don't push it until the oil temperature is where it should be.

It is quite an intoxicating sound! I went to see the F1 cars testing in Jerez this year and the sound they make now is very disappointing. My 360 has a much better, louder and higher-pitched sound ;)

That's a relief. Yeah, I let a lot of people sit in it for pictures. I explain to friends that for a lot of these folks, they have not, or may never really interact with a Ferrari owner. So they're going to be loading a lot of judgment and assumptions of social behavior on a brief moment. I think the stereotype is distilled into the character in the black 355 in the original Fast and Furious. So when people walk up for a picture and I engage them, let them sit in it, show the engine if they ask, etc. I'm building goodwill, and hopefully inspiring some people.

And really the reason I do that is because the Ferrari community has been so open and inviting to me (and tolerant!) over the last 20 years.

Great video! I can only drive mine on the weekends because its only 4 miles to work in heavy traffic. I have a few times but its a pain and not enjoyable. I love the weekends and take her out as much as possible. I recently went into semi-retirement (working 3 days a week) so planning on a little more driving next year - this year is just about done. I don't care about depreciation once I sell her it'll probably net me about the same. I have taken my granddaughter to middle school and she sure gets a lot of attention from the boys and death eyes from the girls! I don't think I'll drive her there in the 360 anymore!!!!!!!!!!

A couple of times I got one and then came back for the other! Say if one has a swim class or something for extra period but then there is all that extra time management and plannign factored in. It wears you out.

Justin - have to say; Really great vid, man. The last few seconds really made me smile.
Nice pitch on the high revs.

Another thing that made me smile is the fact that (and I have suspected this from watching a few of your vids), we are more or less neighbours down there. I live on the other side of the hill... Maybe have a pint at Hemingways?

That's exactly what I do. I live in the cold and wet North West of England too :D.
Much like how everybody is different when it comes to storing the cars over the winter. I'm not going to talk about it here but another point how different things are done.

Justin (I'm guessing that might be your name :D), what absolutely brilliant videos. different to the typical Ferrari video. I have sat watched one or two that followed it, I have noticed some on your RS Focus?

    Good narration too.

Regarding speed bumps, my 360 is standard height and generally better than a 1997 Alfa Spider we have when going over speed bumps.
I would also point out that most two door cars are awkward in European/UK parking spaces with the exception of Costco whose parking spaces are proper American ones :)

Also your garage is nice and large. It's comical watching me get in and out of mine and I don't have the luxury of no roof.

Yes, it's Justin...and thanks for the kind words. I try and keep my videos real and reflect how I use and see my cars.

My garage is a good size but I can't reverse in as the garage isn't long enough so I need to park sideways in it! Fortunately it's quite wide.

I've used my 360 as a daily driver for years, just paused by one year using a Gallardo as a daily and an RS6 when we needed space for baby related stuff.

Now Im back in my 360 again. Love it as a daily. The 430 is garaged up most of the time.

    Im in P. Banus... BTW...

well, i'll put in a couple words in to counterbalance some of the above: am taking my Stradale tomorrow to go surfing...yup this car can definitely be used on a daily basis; i'll post a pic tomorrow to show how you can actually stuff it with 2 surboards and wetsuits :)

this is my second one, and indeed as long as I'm only with one of our boys, I use it for everything and nothing.

note: I also had a 360 Modena years ago, and used it daily in Central London to go to work in the City. OK it was a manual one, but it never missed a beat, nor was it a pain in the a$$ to drive.

note note: never had a trickle charger, nor do I know what it is ahahah use the car and you wont need that funky cable sticking out of your door

Oh cool! Do you ever go to the Ferrari Club meets on Sunday's?

I was actually disappointed with the camera quality in that video! It's a Sony action cam for the interior shots, a Sony Handycam when I'm walking around a GoPro for so motion shots outside the car.

That's great that you used it so much. I think locally here my main issue is that the car stands out so much. I don't know of another Ferrari in this area. In central London, there's so much money and so many expensive cars that it probably feels more "normal" to drive around in a Ferrari or other exotic car.

I have been daily driving Ferraris since 1975. Just something you get used to. Did always have a good place to park, though, since I was usually going to a USAF/RAF base with lots of parking space.

The image of the 360 in the teeny UK garage reminded me of my 308 GTS in an even smaller garage in Bury St Edmunds in the UK. It was so tight, I had a large foam pad attached to the wall and then had to sort of fall out of the seat. Younger, spryer, and thinner than I am now. Not sure I could do that now. Just as much a pain getting in. These photos will give you some idea of the garage's size. Doubt a 360 would have fit and I know my 575M would not.

    Love the video, btw.

For me, unlike the issues you had expressed your video:
-- I don't have a hill to drive up coming out of my driveway.
-- I only have one kiddo, so keeping a booster in the boot for school drop-off is easy though it rarely happens.
-- I just toss my computer bag in the passenger seat, not trunk.
-- I never let it warm up for that long in the driveway, I start off right away and keep it under 4k RPM until the oil warms up... which per my commute times perfectly for when I hit the highway onramp.
-- I don't have speed-bumps in California to drive over when on surface streets.
-- parking spaces in my town are wide enough to easily get in and out of (even though I'm 6'4"
-- I have garage to keep it in at home, and also covered parking at work.

... all of which make daily driving my 360 a breeze.
