So...having found answers to this question online that spanned

    1200KG (dry); Ferrari.com and Wikipedia.
    1280KG (carfolio)
    1600KG (automobile-catalog)
    1763KG (Daytona Registry)

I finally gave up and decided to put my my 1970 Plexi (with fluids and half a tank of gas) on a weighbridge.

And turns out they're all wrong.

A friendly beer in London for anyone who guesses what the ACTUAL figure was...:)

I recall[I think] that R&T said 3880 pounds, but I bet 4100 is more like it.

Plexi cars are supposedly a little lighter than the the later cars as they lack the side impact beams and have aluminium door skins. Whether or not the car has AC or not will also make a small difference. I'm going with 1620KG including approximately 44kg for 60 litres of fuel on board.

It is strange that Steve Robertson posted my information here yesterday, but it was removed shortly. U.S. Spec Daytona, with spare tire and toolkit, but no fuel weighs 3,487 lbs. on a set of accurate race scales. Corner weights are almost identical side to side.

1970 RHD Plexi UK delivered car - so pretty early (lightweight) spec and pre-air con. Spare and half tank of fuel...it was the British School of Motoring's Advanced Driving Car, so I have magazine articles showing it driven to 174 MPH. On 1970 tyres...brave boys...

Wanted to check to get a handle on the real power-to-weight ratio. At a genuine 350 BHP (which mine has), works out about 240 BHP per tonne. Pretty good, even by today's standards...about the same as a base model 2016 Porsche Carrera...

Does your GTB/4 have a radio? Also are the solid orange corner light covers at the front the same type in the old pictures or did it start with the early white/orange style light covers?
I to like the dark blue for a Daytona!

All UK supplied Daytona came with the solid orange corner lights originally as far as I know.
