NEW THREAD - WEST LA LUNCH GROUP

Guys:

There is a 60% chance of rain predicted for Friday. While i doubt that our cars will melt, it takes away from the cost drive. What do you want to do about lunch?

 

The reports that I have seen forecast rain from around 2:00 am until around 11:00 am. If that turns out to be the case, I suspect that we would have a very poor turn out for lunch and several of the "regulars" are already out of town this week.

I think it's best to call this one off and plan the next one for November 18th (weather permitting). That's earlier in the month due to the Thanksgiving holiday the following week.

Let's all plan to get together then.

Since I have received no location suggestions, I'm going to call this one for Duke's Malibu. Easy parking which is always a plus.

Great end of the year lunch today. As the group was driving up PCH with the sun shining, and the blue water with Catalina looking clear in the distance, all I could think was "Fall sure is a ***** in Southern California".

We had one new driver join us today in his 550. Welcome to the lunch drive group Bill.

For me, the highlight was seeing and hearing Darren's new gorgeous TDF. Next time I'll have to ask him for a ride.

We will start it all up again January 27th, weather permitting.
