I was at that game last year also, which had a crazy atmosphere for a team we haven't played against in 40 years plus playing I'm a tropical rain storm. Hopefully deshuan learn from his mistakes tonight and get back on track.

Am I the only Clemson grad who holds his breath whenever Ray Ray McCloud gets the ball? ;) Geez, what a momentum killer. He really needs to be set down by the Clemson coaching staff and told: "Now sit right here and watch how Artavis Scott does it." Scott really saved the day toward the end and has been WAY under-utilized this year. Maybe that'll finally change after this game.

I saw the end of the Georgia-Tennessee game at a portable sports bar during the Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta. I'm glad I didn't have a dog in that fight!

(The title of an old novel comes to mind. Rearrange it depending on which side you were rooting for: "The Agony and the Ecstasy"!)

Glad the Noles made the trip down to Miami. Hopefully the defense got on the plane also

All they needed was the dude with the big hand at the right place and at the right time. :)
It doesn't make up for all the wide rights, but it is a start. [Ed. Note: My last year at FSU was Bobby Bowden's first year.]

Haaaa! Thank God for the big hand. I was in the stands at the original wide right-my Sr yr. We all thought it was good-just like Coach. Casey Weldon lived across the street from our house. What a great dude. 2nd in the heisman running that yr. Never seen a QB have more awareness of when to get rid of the ball. Every Nole respects the canes no matter what either of us are ranked. You know Mark richt knew it last night going into this one. I'm a huge fan of mark's also and any Nole knows with him these guys are only getting better.

Damn good win. The gator D looked pretty damn good also even though they were banged up but it was a matter of time with Cook.

Jimbo needs to take some of the $$ we gave him to stay at FSU and buy some extra 'school supplies' for Cook-maybe he would stay for that final yr?! What I do want to see next year is more of that Nole pass rush-fantastic

The "review" of certain calls now has really impacted the game in a positive way.

I predict that in the future they will add reviewable calls to the list. I have seen some horrendous PI calls, PF calls , etc. that are so impactful and beg for a second look.

Penn State is out. Guess winning these conference titles isn't important at all, Big 10 at that

I'm not knocking Wash or Clemson...I even think they are both better than Penn St but Penn St did beat OSU. I'd be PISSED if it was my school.

5-7 and a good APR puts us in the Heart of Dallas bowl at Cotton Bowl Stadium against Army.

    I'll take that!

Heck yeah! I woke up at 0400 over here to watch. If only we could put teams away after half time. It was a great game though, and could be the best game of the bowl season this year. Glad to beat the khaki pants wearing booger eater!

Next year more beatings on the way! Noles looked flipping great. Too close at the end but the targeting call didn't help. They beat a good mich team that is for real. Noles signed the #2 RB on the board earlier this week. I already miss Cook but that will help. Get ready for the Francois/Murray show next yr-wish they could start the season now

Just saw the 1/2 time score for Bama/wash. Closer than I thought it would be
