My 2011 458 Ipod Cable is now too frayed to be of any use and needs to be replaced. I can't be the first person this has happened to- so I'm seeking guidance from anyone who has been down this path before. What did it take to replace it and where did you source the part(s) from? I assumed this was a modular/plug and play type part and went to the dealership for a replacement cable, but was told there is no such replacement part for me to buy from them. Thanks!

You might find the answer already in the 458 section or in the parts book at Ricambi but I think the cable is part of a box which plugs into the radio - maybe 257948
