Please weigh in and let me know what the normal water temp reading and oil pressure reading are, after your car is warmed up and on the road. I just want to make sure my operating parameters are as they should be.

    Thanks!

My oil runs at 85 psi plus or minus a needle width. Coolant runs about 200F but will vary 20 degrees or so.

That is covered in the owners manual.

Watertemp ranges from 175 to 210. 210 when stopped in traffic just before the fans come on, then should drop.

Oil pressure down to 20 lbs or so at a hot idle up to 75-90 lbs at speed.

Ferrari oil pressure gauges are almost never correct, it is a matter of how bad they are off. Some guys here offer a kit to make them work correctly. Contact TacElf here.

    Thanks Brian!

These are still available. Contact me if you want one. While the stock looking sensor appears to be available at places like Ricambi, they are not cheap. This kit moves to a modern solid-state sensor and calibration/driver circuit which improves the accuracy of the stock gauge immensely. I have 5 completed kits built right now for $200 each (including 48-state US shipping). I have parts enough to make many more.

Water radiator fan must start at 87°C and stop at 82°C (check it, it's very important)

Oil pressure is around 6 bar when you start the car (oil cold) and it's something about 2 bar at idle when warmed up (oil at 70-80°C) and up to 6 bar (more or less) when at road speed. As said above, pressure gauges aren't very accurate.

Oil pressure depends from the oil viscosity too: if you use the 5W-40 expect those pressures, if you use 10W-60 they are higher

    ciao

Thanks for the replies. Both the gauges appear to work correctly then. I was especially leery about the 170F water temp readings at highway speeds.
