Given the recent post about PlyCar, I wanted to post the opposite about Intercity Lines, Inc.

I purchased a 1988 Mondial from Washington State, and had it shipped to Colorado.

I rec'd quotes from 3 different enclosed trailer transporters. Intercity was a bit higher, but I really wanted them based mainly on the reviews and comments from here on FerrariChat.

I worked with the Roy who gave me a slight discount based on hearing about them in FChat and the other quotes that I sent him.

The car seller ran into issues with the car title, so I booked out in advance. Once cleared, the pickup was moved up and then confirmed, BUT then I had some problems with the financials arrangements and, of course, the seller would NOT release the car without full payment. I can't blame him, but my bank screwed up and it was before a bank holiday (next time I'll plan my transfers out a bit).

Anyway, Intercity agreed to re-book AT NO CHARGE to me.

Once the financials were solved, I re-contacted Intercity and scheduled again, Intercity agreed to move up again! They picked up the car ON TIME.

The driver was AWESOME! He contacted me in route with come observations about the car, which was VERY MUCH appreciated since I had to have some service done anyway, I could get any items addressed at the same time.

The delivery was at Ferrari of Denver, and again, Intercity was ON TIME and very professional, working with myself and the dealer to get the car delivered and on their way. The driver even called me to ask me when I could meet him at the dealer, at my convenience, not his... :) AWESOME!

I could not say more about Intercity's professionalism, from the sales side, the logistics side AND the drivers side. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! They earned my business! If I have to do this again, I will call them again!

As I've posted, they're the only ones who move my cars. Now you know why. Glad to hear you had a similar experience.

They are the best and worth the wait even if another carrier happens to be in the area and can pick up your car sooner...Intercity is worth the wait.

I used them to ship my 911 across the country and they were great. My friend used them to ship six of his cars across the country and was thoroughly impressed as well.

I've also used intercity on multiple occasions: several transcontinental moves for multiple cars, once on very short notice. The bottom line is that intercity has never failed to deliver top notch service at a competitive price.

Simply put: I trust them and don't bother with other providers. Just wanted to give credit where it's due.

I am happy to provide another recommendation for Intercity. I had them ship three cars from CO to OR and they were great.
