I'm a grey guy, (My stupid hair want to please me by turning to that color) but if I had to spec a Red car, I would have searched for a deeper red than RC. Absolutely.
Yes, Mytoys confirmed that. The F12 TRS was painted in that color. It's a triple layer red like the nuovo rosso F1 2007, but without the orange hint.
Thinking about slowly adding another 2 or more used cars: maybe a low mileage 16M in red or yellow (sold my Nero Daytona 16m last year and i miss it ) or a CS. Also searching to add either an Enzo or F50 if the price drops a bit. If I can find a good low mileage 512M, I may trade it with my 94 512 TR. A grey Aventador SV and a 2011 GT3RS 4.0 are also on my wish list.
Congratulations! I looks very similar to Mathew's car: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/144953714-post3798.html
I find it horrendous but since you like it here is another picture https://scontent-lga3-1.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/e35/15534640_1353187608039203_41560525917650944_n.jpg?ig_cache_key=MTQxNDU2MjI3ODY5MDUwODUxNA%3D%3D.2?dl=1 I find that thin stripe well done. Like Treynor on his car. not a fan of black in général but this one works well for me https://scontent-lga3-1.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/s750x750/sh0.08/e35/15624001_1123194457797876_4535425047271047168_n.jpg?ig_cache_key=MTQxNDg1ODMzMTc1MTYzNzA4Ng%3D%3D.2?dl=1
@Mytoys, Aventador SV... hmm, weird choice if I may say so. I have yet to hear from owners that they actually drive and enjoy their car. I see several ones being offered with low milage. Not a great sign. The GT3RS 4.0 is a modern classic from Porsche, can't go wrong with that. My Ferrari love actually started with driving a Scuderia on various occaisions. Never could justify owning one for some reason as the right one always slipped right past me. A 16M is a true contradictio in terminis. A truly hardcore convertable with amazing noise. The bangs the drivetrain handles is both frightening and intoxicating.
Funny you say that because that's the reason for my indecision on the SV. I love the looks but don't like how it drives (had an aventador back in 2012). Hence haven't pull the trigger. 16M, Enzo, F50 are on the top of my list. Just trying to find one with low miles, right spec and price.
I strongly suggest the GT3RS 4.0, it's an instant classic, plus it is one of the most badass manual car , if you like to drive stick In the "supercar"' section, an Enzo or a Carrera GT would be the cherry on the cake of your garage.
The fact that quite a few SV's are being offered compared to TDF's says it all I think. Not a future classic or collectors car.
