    It's car dependant. I'm looking for a nice #2 driver. Rust free !!!
    I have the ability to buy any of them, but not looking for perfection or lawn trophies.
    Just a solid car that's been loved and cared for by previous owners. I'd prefer one that hasn't been endlessly passed around by dealers / speculators and auctions the past 10 years.

    People think the Dino market is not strong until you try to buy one. Not that many cars available and once you start digging into the cars that are, there is usually a reason why they are sitting.

    I have a really nice 72 gts azzuro metallizato with tan interior. Books, tools and jack fully restored. I realize it's over your budget but a lot of these cars for sale you have no idea what's lurking underneath the shiny paint and chrome.

    Market is cooling off and adjusting South, no question.... the one's that sound too good to be true, are.... Never seen Sheehan sell anything "cheap", so the sub $300K for GTS fits the:

    1. "a reason why they are sitting"

    2. "sounds to good to be true"

    3. "market correction coming to light"

    Have talked to a few dealers who bought high and know they will have to hold on a long time to recoup their buy-in... that's what happens when you chase an elevating market. The dealer asking prices are propping the market, IMO, for now. We've seen this before, yes, we've seen this before... watch as history repeats.

    You may want to sit on the sidelines as this plays out; a little patience may get you more car for less $.

    thanks for the continued input guys. I'm aware of most on the market and they are either rough, or perfect. Not a lot in between. Please keep the leads coming. I truly appreciate the help. OMGjohn, the Shaheen car needs you !
