    Thank you for posting there are precious few videos of Charade and so far I have found zero onboard. The old full course as shown here was one of the greatest of all time. I had a ride on the shorter one which is still very nice in a replica Maserati 300S in 2009 with a very good driver who was almost permanently sideways, wonderful:)!

    Nowadays the track is plagued by very hostile neighbors who are trying to get it shut down...

    Aha, that explains it. The video was not opening on my screen and I could not see it and because of the abbreviation "tdf" used in the text I thought somebody was looking for the Ferraris entered in the 1958 Tour de France Automobile.
    No idea why the video cannot be seen.

    VERY good video! The quality of the camera work is fantastic! They aso used a tele-lens on some very short footage and that was quite rare in those days!

    Don't miss this video. I don't know any of the details of this event but it represents some of the truly unusual racing staged in Europe.
